The brief

Ball Hype was built as a small, replayable Android game: accumulate points, avoid the reductions, and see how long you can keep the run going. It is one of the first games we shipped.

What we built

  • An Android game with a simple score-and-survive loop.
  • Touch controls designed for short sessions.
  • A scoring system built around rewards and penalties.
  • Distribution on the Google Play Store.

How it works

The game was kept deliberately small. The fun comes from the tension between building a score and the constant risk of losing it, so the work went into tuning that loop rather than adding systems around it.

Outcome

A shipped Android game and an early lesson in tuning feel rather than just features. It is no longer available.
