Every engagement starts with discovery. We map the problem, the users and the constraints, then write a scope you can approve before the first invoice. You get a fixed estimate split by phase, so you can start with the smallest useful piece instead of betting the whole budget on a first draft.
During the build you get working software every week or two, a shared board you can open at any hour, and direct access to the people writing the code. No account manager relay and no surprise change orders. When something in the scope is wrong, we say so early, while it is still cheap to fix.
Handover includes the source code, the infrastructure accounts and a short written guide. If you want us to stay, maintenance plans cover monitoring, fixes and the next round of features. If you want to take it in house, we help your team take over cleanly.

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the existing code and infrastructure, then tell you what is salvageable, what needs rewriting and what it will cost. We will not pretend a rebuild is the only option if it is not.
We quote from scope, split by phase. After discovery you get a written estimate with assumptions, so you can approve one phase at a time. Changes are priced before they are built.
